Auction Rules
Taking part in Pigeon-Speed auctions means accepting the rules below. Please read the lot information carefully before placing a bid.
If a bid is placed during the final 5 minutes, the auction is extended until 5 minutes after that bid. While you are the highest bidder, you cannot place another bid.
User account
To bid, you must have an active account and use real, accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for bids placed from your account.
Pigeon information
Before bidding, check the ring number, sex, photos, pedigree, description and any other displayed information. If anything is unclear, ask for information before placing a bid.
Price and minimum bid step
Auctions are displayed in RON. Each lot has a current price and a minimum bid step. Your bid must meet the minimum amount shown on the lot page.
Placing bids
Check the amount before confirming. A bid registered on the site cannot be changed or withdrawn directly by the user. While you are the highest bidder, the system does not allow another bid from the same account.
Automatic extension
To prevent last-second wins, any valid bid placed in the final 5 minutes moves the closing time to 5 minutes after that bid. The rule applies again to every valid bid placed during the new final period.
Closing and winner
When the auction closes, the winner is the user shown as the last valid bidder at the current price displayed by the system. Auction times use Romania time.
Payment, collection and transport
After the auction, the winner contacts the organizer to arrange payment, collection or transport. The exact conditions are agreed directly with the organizer.
Conduct and good faith
False bids, abusive account use or attempts to manipulate an auction are not allowed. The administrator may limit auction access when there is clear evidence of abuse or repeated rule violations.
Technical issues
In the event of an obvious technical error, the administrator may review the auction history and take the necessary steps to restore correct operation. System records and bid history are used for verification.
Acceptance of the rules
By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read the lot information and accept these rules. The rules may be updated when the site operation or auction procedure changes.
Recommendation before bidding
Do not bid in a hurry. Carefully check the pigeon, pedigree, current price, minimum bid step and closing time. After winning a lot, contact the organizer for collection or transport details.
